In nature rabbits run round wild and free
And not in cages do they spend the night
They have no sense of their captivity
But make homes up in hills far out of sight.
Off in the wild they'd have kids of their own
They'd eat the grass and chew on bits of wood
But our two rabbits ate my brand new phone
And seem to think that books and chairs taste good.
They're antisocial, not much fun and smell
But everybody loves them except me,
They're pretty unintelligent as well
If only I could somehow set them free...
I'd love to let them go but it's no use
I can't think of a plausible excuse.
